[FR] Provide a log option to create sanitized logs suitable for sharing

When users report bugs I often end up asking for (sanitized) log files.

It would be great if we could simplify that by providing an option that would automatically sanitize logs, i.e. remove/replace any secret names, filepaths, ... (secret content isn't logged by default anyway).
