Support password-less age identities

I'd like to migrate to age completely but having to type password every time is no-go for most of my integrations. I'd also like to contribute on this if it would be possible.

Not, yet. Sorry. I was working on a PR but that didn't get very far.

We do support this for tests but they are not really password-less. There we're just automatically injecting the passphrase.

If users want truly password-less identities (e.g. because they are store on a properly locked volume / hardware key) we'll need some further changes.
