Support flags when they are appended at the end

I've noticed it happens often to me to "forget" a flag or to suddenly want to add one and it's way easier to add it at the end instead of in the middle after the cmd but before the entry's name.

This also has caused confusion in the past as e.g. in #2018

Proposal: also accept flags when they are positioned at the end. WDYT?
