Description

whatever the thing is that turns ' into ' happens when you use :d to talk in deadchat (like from the afterlife bar)

Steps to reproduce

1. Use :d prefix to talk in deadchat with ' in message
2. '

this got so broken when i submitted it but its just the html encoding/decoding thing
