Brown & Clown Weed

Adds 2 new mutant cannabis plants: Brown Weed and Clown Weed.

Brown Weed contains Fartonium, and Clown Weed contains Fartonium and Honkfartium.

I have tested these and they work as per expected in the 2016 release, though the 2016 release does not actually have Honkfartium in it.

The mutations do not require any infusions or required gene values (as I have no idea how to do that).

Sprites included, including growth stages and the sprites of the actual weed obj.
