Add links to FAQ recovery

Describe your enhancement idea

We have seen a lot of new users doing sometimes wrong procedure for recovery. Can we have the links to FAQ backup/recovery documentation in the first recovery screen ? Make users to read them first before they proceed. I think some of them have no idea what they are doing. I will try to add more details and procedures in the FAQ docs.
