Added precise input mode for rebalance functionality to add input amount manually

Description

Relates to issue: ZEUS- #3393

  • Added an input field mode in Rebalance screen to let the users input the rebalance amount manually.
  • Also added the param private: true in the createInvoice function in Rebalance screen to enable the payment pass through private channels too.
