Update docs to remove the note urging Umbrel users to request CLNRest support.
Describe the bug
When searching for how to connect Zeus to Core Lightning on Umbrel, one finds a note indicating that Zeus moved to depending on CLNRest and that Umbrel should be urged to support CLNRest, or else users should use Zeus version 0.9.7 or earlier. Current reality seems to be that Umbrel now supports CLNRest by default on port 2107. The Zeus documentation is out of date and should be updated with more helpful information about how to connect to Umbrel CLN, which is still not easy to figure out.
