Cashu: add ability to lock a token to a pubkey + set duration

Pubkey can be inputted manually or associated with a contact (let's add the ability to add Cashu pubkeys to a contact as well).

Furthermore, there should be an option to add a duration to this lock. See Minibits: https://x.com/callebtc/status/1912156545292304605
