External Wallets as First Class Citizen Wallets

Describe your enhancement idea

I think it would be useful to be able to add external wallets (either hot or xpub) directly in the Wallets list as opposed to Accounts under other Wallets.

Or have External Wallets in the main list and add invidiual wallets there.

Having them buried in Accounts adds too much friction when wanting to grab a new receive address for a cold wallet.

Doesn't really work under Wallets as they are explicitly tied to a specific wallet as things are right now.

Understood. They are currently a sidecar on an unrelated wallet.

I think they need promoting, perhaps under some dummy top level wallet structure.
