UI: Rework settings/menu

Describe your enhancement idea

Right now everything is in Settings although there is also stuff which clearly is not settings related, like Sign or verify message, Currency Converter, Point of Sale etc.

I suggest we make a general menu with

• Settings
• Tools
• About

Almost feel like tools could be in the right of the header.

I like the concept here though - but a lot of whitespace on this new proposed view

Re tools in header: we need to watch out because if we put too much in the header, chances are high we run out of space (badges, node name, loading icon, filter, + icon, unredeemed hodl-payment etc.). I am already not sure if it is a good idea to have settings AND nodes in the header. I personally would be totally fine to switch nodes via Menu -> Nodes (we could put it above Setttings in the mockup), alternatively you can also click the node name if displayed, so people have a way for node quick access already.

Re lots of white space: we could maybe do a drawer menu, which slides in from top (if that is possible). That way it would only consume as much height as it needs... When you then click on something the full menu opens.
