Follow tor callback address from clearnet lightning address

A follow up to: https://github.com/andrerfneves/lightning-address/issues/115

I would love to be able to point Zeus to a lightning address that has a clearnet domain, but points to a tor address via the callback. While this works while using orbot, it would be great to remove this requirement by leveraging the built in tor.
