Incorrect Currency Conversion in Point of Sale System

Describe the bug

So right now in our POS, changing the currency setting after creating a product does not reflect the correct price conversion. For instance, a product priced at 800 USD does not adjust to the new currency setting as expected, leading to inaccurate pricing.

Reproduce

• Create any product priced at 800 USD, which now can be seen in Point of Sale view now listed at 800 USD
• Change the Currency from USD to INR using currency settings
• Go back to Point of Sale view, now we can see that the product is listed at the price of 800 INR which is definitely wrong, here we should be seeing the converted value of 800USD in INR which would be around 66315
