Add option to disable / enable specific channel

This request is more for the embedded node but also could be applied to remote nodes.

Description

Simple toggle button in channels view, to enable/disable specific channels

Use case:

• User have several channels and want to send or receive only from/into specific ones (eg. those that have more liquidity or are desired to receive more for various reasons)
• with a simple button to switch enable/disable a channel, the user could receive or even send from those that remain "active".
• sometimes even if you activate MPP the payment doesn't go through desired channels.
