Enhancement: Lower timeout in case node is not answering when trying to connect

Right now, in case the node doesn't answer (e.g. host/ip or port wrong, node is down or whatever), an error screen will appear after 2 minutes. I think that is a bit long (even for Tor :smiling_imp:).

Maybe Zeus should use a timeout of 30 seconds for clearnet connections, and 1 minute for Tor?
