Re-add logging to LndMobile classes

Describe the feature

Logs from LndMobile classes were never accessible and logging was removed in #1644 (54e94665ef17adb3791676a865a5d7e0ceb47027) since hyperlog is outdated and requires deprecated jcenter.

Logging should be re-added with a newer library and logs should be made accessible from the app.
