Require PIN or password for sending amounts over certain threshold

Describe the feature

Background: Using biometrics is convenient and depending on the context secure enough for many people. When it comes to securing funds it depends on the amount if people feel secure enough with using fingerprints or face ID. I don't want to go into details about the attack vectors here, so just as an example you can read this if you are not aware: https://www.pcmag.com/news/hacking-fingerprints-is-actually-pretty-easy-and-cheap

I think it would be nice if users could configure a threshold (sats or fiat) as of which Zeus will require the PIN or password to send funds. At best the threshold will not just compare to the amount the user is currently trying to send, but sum up all the amounts that were sent in the last 24 hours or so.
