Last entry doesn't get notified

I am having the same issue. If I make a "dummy" row by putting something in it, then it works. I have not been able to figure out how to rewrite that part of the code to include the bottom row.

I have the same issue as well. When a new row appear, I have to copy and paste Approval and Notified from the previous row. Seem like the default setting is not working.
