Updated library to support additional JWT headers and signature encodings …
…for Service Account authorization.
Some Service Account implementations (such as Box.com) require additional JWT headers and signature encodings (for example, encodings for encrypted private keys that require a passphrase) not currently supported by this library.
This pull request addresses that limitation.

- The email used to register you as an authorized contributor must be the email used for the Git commit. Check your existing CLA data and verify that your email is set on your git commits.
- The email used to register you as an authorized contributor must also be attached to your GitHub account.

I'd love to see this get merged and released, as I also have a use case requiring an additional JWT header. To the repo maintainers: any idea on when that could happen?
