[Feature request] Bundled Document Scanner (without Google Play Services)

What's your feature request? Please describe. Can we have a bundled version of document scanner that will work without Google Play Services ?

Additional context Some of the users might not have the latest Google Play Services or even not have it at all. Thanks for waiting on this. Unfortunately this is not in our priority list for Q4 2024.

We have decided to prioritize certain urgent quality improvements and bugfixes in the platform document scanner.

Will update this issue if this gets prioritized in Q1 2025.

Hello I am coming to the news. I am working on a project that would require Document Scanner on a constrained device, without the Google Play API being available...

Is there any ETA on the implementation of the bundled version yet?
