The Face detection is never operational

The face detector for the face detection example is never operational on real devices, although it works on the emulator.

I always get this:

• FaceDetectorCreatorImpl: Requesting download for vision face detector
• FaceDetectorHandle: Native face detector not yet available. Reverting to no-op detection.
