I Have configured the oath credentials with an application when ever i try to send a command to the sdk i always revive that its failed as per attached screen shot

Try a simple command like "what time is it". It probably will work. I'm also having issues with anything related to media playback, despite the HA page saying things like "play news" should work. If this is the same for you, you should probably update your issue to reflect that there are issues with media playback specifically.
