SDK-text command shows output in activity but not on target device

I am using home-assistant and created the GA-SDK setup. It works successfully for Notifications: Send a notification with google_assistant_sdk command. But it does not work for Google Assistant SDK: Send text command . I see the integration working successfully under Google Activity for my account. Targetted device makes some sound when I am testing it but does not output the specific text command.
