Other projects cannot see that lint

Hello guys,

I compile your code and and copy checks.jar to ~/.android/lint

It works in your project but I cannot see your lint in any other projects ...
Could you explain me what I am doing wrong ?

if you copy checks.jar to ~/.android/lint. it can works with all project
