winafl-cmin identifies some of the inputs as crashing

This particular issue is really new to me, and when I run the target application with all the inputs, it returns normally, but when I do winafl-cmin in order to minimize the testcases, it is saying around more than 70% of my input corpus is leading to crash. Why winafl-cmin is giving false positive results?
