Integration of textual or multimodal rules in network

can this architecture integrate rules, which are not in mathematical or logical form? Like rules written in textual form (say paragraph of rules) or rules which can be multimodal like text sentence with image associated with that text. Or this model can only handle physical or mathematical rules. Thanks!
