Specify an already running prometheus and grafana installation

I already have a Prometheus and Grafana instance running in my Kubernetes cluster - I should be able to reuse my already existing one.

Having more than one is redundant, both from a resource point of view, and also because now I have two dashboards I need to switch to as an operator. It would be ideal to have them consolidated.
