Google Protobuf links don't take you anywhere

Hello! The API docs have clickable links to "google.protobuf.*" throughout, e.g.: https://openmatch.dev/site/docs/reference/api/#ticket-extensionsentry has the value type "google.protobuf.Any", which is looking for the anchor https://openmatch.dev/site/docs/reference/api/#google.protobuf.Any

That anchor doesn't exist. It seems to be true for all the google.protobuf.* links, may be the case for other links as well.

Fix: remove or fix the links so they behave as expected (i.e. take you to the spec for the protobuf).
