What this PR does / Why we need it: This is terraform script that can be used as an example for those that want to test setup that includes:
- Multiple clusters (2 by default in 2 different regions)
- Allocation endpoint
- Monitoring to Cloud Monitoring
Special notes for your reviewer: I must admit this is nothing new or ground breaking by any stretch of imagination :) this is just something that helped me while I was testing Agones so I figured I might as well share.

Sorry for lack of response... had some issues will finish it sometime this month. Again sorry.
No need for apologies - priorities shift all the time 😄 just wanted to touch base and see where things were at. We can always close this and revisit at a later date if need be.
