[dispatcher] First Step: When there are no font files in the files package there should be a specific warning.

Step 0: Review the Request and Generate the Files Package

It should be warned if there are no fonts in the files package. The user should still be able to continue (might want to check something different), but this can easily be missed and is ease to detect and warn.
