Polish diacritic character "ł" has different shape at the base than "l"
As in the title. Is it by design or just an oversight.
To make sure, the two letters are small "L" and small "Ł" which is a diacritic character used in Polish (and other languages) as described here. The easiest way to see the difference is by going to Google Fonts, choosing Comfortaa as a font and typing "l ł" as a text example (link).
It occurs in each style but the base of the "ł" doesn't resemble other characters in the font which are rounded at the base.
It seems to be an oversight. An old version of Comfortaa had a square descender instead of a curly one.
