No onum/lnum lookup tables

Although there are oldstyle figures in the font files, there is no lookup table onum in the font, so choosing them (either on the web or in print) has no effect.

Please add such a lookup table, as well as for lnum styles (tnum and pnum are already there).

Thanks for your interest in onum, pnum and tnum. They will all be ready shortly. As a work in progress, tnum and pnum were switched and are both complete for the registered axes and grade. But the old style figures are just now getting completed for grade.
