Inconsolata PFM Family is "Decorative", should be "Monospace".

Inconsolata is not available for use in some programs that allow only monospace fonts (eg, terminal emulators). The problem appears to be that it identifies itself as "Decorative" instead of "Monospace". Screenshot of FontForge Font Info is attached.

I also reported this issue at google/fonts #2686. I've confirmed that the issue applies to ttf files in this repository.
