Interrobang support, please!

Hi there! I was wondering if it would be possible to get support for the Interrobang character (U+203D, ‽) in Inconsolata? The character itself is just an explanation point overlayed over a question mark. I use them a lot in informal writing and would love to be able to use the character in Inconsolata. Thanks!
