.numpy to bitmap format on Mac?

Okay, since the batch processing of .ndjson to SVG looks like it's going to be problematic, how about suggestions for batch converting the numpy format images into plain old vanilla bitmaps on Mac OS X? Ideally through a nice simple app, since my Python familiarity is zilch.
