No power from PCB

Hello all,

When connecting my power supply to the PCB, nothing happens. However, when i connect it directly to the raspberry pi, everything is fine and I can use the instrument.

Could it be because I didn't solder the lcd screen yet? Any advice?

Most probably was the USB connector soldering.
