Updating gradle plugin to 2.10 generates error in build: "Error: The file name must end with .xml or .png" referred to skyline.svg I solved moving skyline.svg in res/raw directory

Updated the code to match the Android code style. Also updated Butterknife to the newest version (7.0.1) which requires moving from ‘InjectView’ to ‘Bind’
