Changing project name affects MEDIA paths

If you change your project name, the paths to your media no longer work.

To explain a little further. If Changing the project name, changes the paths to uploaded media, the editor should make an attempt to update paths in the codebase that are affected or at least alert the user that the paths are affected and they should make any necessary updates.
