Modify app import to also handle app files that are nested underneath a top level folder in the import zip file

This update adds transparent handling for app import zip files that have an extra directory level in them, where the app files are nested underneath a directory rather than being at the top level of the zip file. This can happen, for example, if an app zip file is created via right click and compress a folder from Finder on a Mac.
