Update the actual Codelab website.

This is in reference with the issue #212 and #218 . According to which, Dark Sky API is currently not available for new signups and we have to move to Open Weather API instead to get data for our PWA. But the current Codelab page(website) at this address has directions to implement with the older Dark Sky API. We need to update the page with new instructions so that the users are able to use the new API without any problem.

Perhaps we can use something like Vercel's serverless function or other method to simulate this API. But I don't know what Dark Sky API's reponses data looks like.
