[genai-db-retrieval-app] Missing "Retrieval_Service" folder and code

There was no "retrieval_service" folder nor code. Without the Retrieval_Service, how people could piece together this puzzle?

I actually ran into exact same issue when I tried to complete GSP1226 on CloudSkillsBoost previously!

The [genai-db-retrieval-app] has been updated about a month ago with MCP toolbox and a different workflow and can be accessed through https://codelabs.developers.google.com/genai-db-retrieval-app . We had one obsolete old copy of the lab used address https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/genai-db-retrieval-app and that link was updated too to redirect to the correct lab. The GSP1226 on CloudSkillsBoost was updated too. Can you please verify it?
