[cloud-bigquery-python]: 5. Set up access control - serviceUsageConsumer needed for the service account?

I was following along this codelab and my query wouldn't run. As soon as I set roles/serviceusage.serviceUsageConsumer to the service account, my query worked. If this is a needed role, it should be updated in the codelab text.
