[cloud-visual-studio]: This app is blocked

On step 4 of this walkthrough, I am getting the "This app is blocked" from when I try to connect Visual Studio 2022 to Google Cloud. If Visual Studio is a blocked app, then the entire tutorial should simply be removed (and perhaps, the Google Cloud Tools for Visual Studio should be removed from Visual Studio). If this is specific to my account, then the error message should be changed.

I am using Visual Studio 2022 and Google Chrome.

I tried using my other Google accounts and tried creating a new Google Account. Nothing worked.

I was able to get Cloud Code for VS Code to work with my Google account. Visual Studio is still being blocked.

The front page of the guide says to use Visual Studio 2015. In Visual 2015, the Extensions and Updates does not have Google Cloud Tools for Visual Studio. It seems to have been removed.
