Unable to delete playlists

I see this issue was posted previously (#27 Delete Playlists), but it was closed without an answer??!

looked through all 26 issues reported before his & found no solution.

ANYWAY< I would like to delete all of these "New Playlist" that have been automatically saved even though there were no songs in the playlist at the time. Currently have 10 empty playlists thanks to the automatic save feature.

Any solution?
