Emulator failed to load the config file from the configstore

Description

I moved from n to nvm and since than the emulator stop working

Not sure where the config should be store, but the path on my mac is:

~/.config/configstore/Users/roeyazroel/.config/configstore/@google-cloud/functions-emulator/config.json

I've removed any previews installation and files, and reinstall everything couple of times.

Steps to reproduce

Install 6.11.1 using n uninstall n install nvm install 6.11.1 using nvm
