It seems like Android Publisher Service is missing in google-cloud-python, whereas it's available in google-api-client (Discovery cache link).

Additional context
Package sizes are crossing the 250 MB hard limit for lambda functions as google-api-client itself takes more than half of it. This would be helpful in minimizing package sizes across deployments.
