This is related to https://github.com/envoyproxy/go-control-plane/issues/1142 and https://github.com/envoyproxy/go-control-plane/issues/1083

After https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-go/pull/11591 I was expecting all updated modules to be released in a reasonnable amount of this but this one seems to be left over. There might be others. Any help on that is very much welcome.
