Note: #7405 was also for this test, but it was closed more than 10 days ago. So, I didn't mark it flaky.

When run at the same commit (31558c7df7f12424efddda43cdfaf463f99eae1c), this test passed in one build (Build Status, Sponge) and failed in another build (Build Status, Sponge).
Failed for gRPC only in 12s.
integration_test.go:750: set ACL failed: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = Deadline expired before operation could complete.

I'm going to close this out for now since it hasn't recurred. Adding retries for DeadlineExceeded (when it's not a user-set deadline) might help here (similar to #10056 ).
