Hi @coryan this seems to be a good initiation of my journey towards contribution to FOSS projects. can you please assign this to me ??

I do not believe this is a good bug to get started. It would require using a lot of ad-hoc tooling in the google-cloud-cpp project. I will ping you in a separate bug that may be a better start.
