Add Support for manual managed folders feature includeFolders. More details see internal doc Note: This is only the manual addition for includeFolders. No other part is relevant.

This feature is needed March 12 for Managed Folders GA

Looks like this feature is not available in the gRPC API: https://github.com/googleapis/googleapis/blob/0e50601ea3d1f828a90d2ddbd52920fcafd461fd/google/storage/v2/storage.proto#L1190
